We offer Click & Collect. Orders can be collected the Riot Art & Craft warehouse in Moorabbin, VIC.

104-110 Keys Rd Moorabbin Victoria 3189.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Our normal hours of click & collect operation are 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) excluding Public Holidays.

 

 

 

When collecting your order:

Please have your order number and photo ID ready

Call 8400 4887 when you arrive and a team member will bring out your order.

 

How does click & collect work?

· Choose your products online

· Add them to your shopping cart

· Select Click & Collect as your delivery option

· You will receive an email notification confirming your order

· Collect your order! Be sure to bring your order collection notification and Photo ID.

  

How long do you hold Click & Collect Orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days after you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

  

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact the Customer Care team at support@riotstores.com.au. We will need to check the status of your order and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request

 

Can I return a Click & Collect order?

All items will be available for Click & Collect unless there is no stock. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery option on the checkout page for all available items
