These mini foam refills are for use with The Paper Mill's Mini Alcohol Ink Applicator, which is an easy alternative way to apply beautiful alcohol inks to different surfaces. Use the foam to stamp, blend, twist and rub the ink onto your artwork, making sure to use a different foam piece for each colour you apply.
