Shimmery and soft like crushed pearls, our Pearl White Powdered Pigment will add a subtle shine when added to any surface! Simply mix with Pearl Mixing Medium to use wet through misters, refillable pens, ink droppers, bottles & brushes. Use as a dry powder by applying with brushes, sponge applicators or just rub it on! Not for cosmetic use.
