Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. The Sapphire ink is a gorgeous, rich blue that dries to a dark colour reminiscent of the ocean. When combined with blending solution the colour brightens to a lovely blue that shines just the like the real gem!
