The Paper Mill Alcohol Inks are bright, vibrant pigments that dry fast and can be used on almost any non-porous surface. Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. Look up at the sky on a rainy day and the Storm colour will show itself in force! A deep, steely grey when used on its own, this colour lightens to the pale grey of a light drizzle when combined with blending solution.
