 Orders can be collected the Riot warehouse in Moorabbin, VIC.

104-110 Keys Rd Moorabbin Victoria 3189.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Our normal hours of click & collect operation are 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday).

 

When collecting your order from the warehouse, please bring your order confirmation email & photo ID.

 

How does click & collect work?

· Choose your products online

· Add them to your shopping cart

· Select Click & Collect as your delivery option

· You will receive an email notification confirming your order

· Collect your order! Be sure to bring your order collection notification and Photo ID.

 

 

 

How long do you hold Click & Collect Orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days after you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 14 days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

 

Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect Order?

Yes, you may nominate someone else to pick up your order. Please ensure they have a copy of your order collection notification

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact the Customer Care team at support@riotstores.com.au. We will need to check the status of your order and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request

 

Can I return a Click & Collect order?
