Returns Policy

This policy applies to any products purchased from our wholesale website wholesale.riot.com.au

All returns require a proof of purchase and a refund will be issued in the form of a credit on your account. Shipping charges are non refundable with the exception of damaged or defective products.

Products must be returned by post to Riot Art & Craft’s warehouse at 104-110 Keys Road, Moorabbin, Victoria  

Further to the provisions set out in this Policy, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for a product if

  • You misued the product in a way which caused the problem
  • You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product prior to purchasing it
  • Any product purchased as part of a bundle offer must be refunded with all other items. Partial refunds on bundle offers is strictly not permitted

Change of Mind

We are not able to return a product purchased on our wholesale site for a change of mind.

Customers are entitled to return/credit when a product

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Does not match the description or image that was shown on the website at the time of purchase

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will provide a refund or credit on damaged or faulty goods including all shipping costs provided the claim is supported with photo or video evidence within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service team at support@riot.com.au to arrange for any faulty or damaged goods to be returned.

Amend or Cancel an order

We are unable to amend your order once it has been confirmed. To add products, you will need to create a new order. To change the details of your delivery address or cancel the order completely, please contact our customer service team at support@riot.com.au or call 03 8400 4887 as soon as possible with your order number.

Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes.

 How long will it take for credit to be added to my account?

Please allow 3-5 days for your credit to be processed to your account once it has been received and inspected by our customer service team
